Hans Peter Gimm, born August 8th, 1845 in Missunde, a small village in Schleswig Holstein, Germany. He emigrated in 1872 to the USA. There he married Marikke Fredericksen in 1878. Marikke Fredericksen was born April 29th, 1857 in Alsen, Schleswig Holstein, Germany. Together they had 10 children. Hans Peter Gimm died October 1926 in Pleasant Valley.
